Positive Charge is a newly-founded alternative provision built on the belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, seen and ready to learn before anything else is asked of them. We work with young people at KS3, KS4 and Post-16 who may be navigating emotional or behavioural difficulties, social barriers, or the aftermath of disrupted education, guiding them through a structured journey of engagement, recovery and progression. That means starting where each learner actually is — building trust and confidence first, developing core skills second, and working towards recognised qualifications when the time is right. Whether that leads to further education, an apprenticeship, or employment, our job is to make sure every young person leaves with more than they arrived with.
